I am blogging from the Dentrix Business Conference in Vegas. The keynote speaker Jon Gordon quoted this classic which he attributed to Zig Ziglar. When a business owners worries:

“What if I spend all the time and money to train someone and they leave?”

Ziglar’s Reply:

“What if you don’t train them and they stay?”
